Nina-Nicole Cockrell is a ballet dancer, and multidisciplinary artist from Los Angeles, California. Nina begun dancing at the age of 3, but started professionally training in classical ballet at 8-years-old. Nina received her early training as a scholarship student at the Dance Conservatory of Pasadena, then later trained and graduated from Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy, under teachers Dmitri and Jennifer Kulev.
A few of Nina's performances include: Festival Ballet Theatre's Gala Of the Stars, Youth America Grand Prix's NYC Finals Grand Defile, Diavolo's Next Generation, Orange County Ballet Theater's The Nutcracker and more.
Nina has performed roles and excerpts from La Bayadere, Don Quixote, Paquita, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, The Nutcracker, Le Corsaire, Coppelia, Swan Lake, Walpurgis Night, Grand Pas Classique and Giselle. Alongside contemporary, modern, and character works.
Nina has worked with a number of brands such as lululemon, FP Movement, Hyperice, Sephora, Daniel Wellington, Oribe, Osea Malibu, Curology, Pinterest, and Chamberlain Coffee to name a few.
Additionally, Nina has been featured in multiple publications and media from Showstopper Magazine, Buzzfeed's Goodful, Shoutout LA, Voyage LA and more.
